Administration
The hospital administration has the legal responsibility to ensure that the hospital operates in compliance with the utmost ethical, lawful and professional manner ensuring high quality patient care and financial stability. Administrative authority for daily operations of the hospital is shared among the Chief Executive Officer, along with the Chief Operations Officer, Director of Nursing and Chief Financial Officer. When a member of the administrative team is unavailable, the charge nurse on duty assumes temporary responsibility for operational authority. |
