    • Monday through Friday: All messages received by 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be delivered the same day. Messages received after 4:00 p.m. will be delivered the next day.



  •  

    • Fridays after 4:00 p.m. and Weekends: All messages received after 4:00 p.m. on Friday and during the weekend will be delivered on Monday.
       
    Messages sent to patients that have been discharged cannot be delivered.

    Privacy Notice: Patient Greetings are printed and delivered by Okanogan Douglas Hospital volunteers and staff; therefore, they are not confidential.
