Computer Tomography (CAT SCAN)
The primary purpose of Diagnostic Imaging Services is to provide a study of the physiological process of the human body by acquiring diagnostic images. Examination orders are received from the providers to include patient history related to the exam. When a patient needs continuous monitoring during an exam, a provider, nurse aide or technologist will accompany them. Radiology is staffed 7 days a week, and has varied hours, depending on predicted high usage time.
