Position Title: ER-Supervisor

Department:Nursing Services
Position Description: To coordinate, direct and manage all ER/Trauma activities of the Emergency Room Department.
Status/Schedule:
Status:Full Time
Shift Time Schedule:12 Hour Shifts
Days:Mon - Sun; Set Schedule. 12 hour administrative time per week. This includes attending meetings in Wenatchee every 2 months and supervisor meetings. Other shifts will be picked up in ER, Med-Surg or Charge.
The above wage range reflects the minimum, midpoint and maximum hourly rate for this position. New employees are hired between the minimum and midpoint of this range. The initial wage offered will be based on qualifications and experience.

    Qualifications:
    Experience:Minimum 2 year ER
    Special Skills:Strong leadership qualities.
    License Required:Washing nursing license, Certified in BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS or comparable knowledge and experience. Required ACLS certification within six (6) months and TNCC within one (1) year of acceptance of position.

    Pay Scale: RN scale + $1.00/Hr Supervisor stipend (during supervisory shifts only).
